About Hyperlite Mountain Gear
Hyperlite Mountain Gear (HMG) makes some of the lightest, most durable packs and shelters on the planet. Founded in 2010 in Biddeford, Maine by Mike St. Pierre, the brand is built around one material obsession: Dyneema Composite Fabric (DCF), a laminated fabric that is fully waterproof, virtually rip-proof, and weighs almost nothing. In 2025, HMG upgraded its core packs to a new fully woven Dyneema construction that is up to 10x more abrasion resistant than the previous fabric, while staying just as light and waterproof. The result is gear that thru-hikers, fastpackers and alpinists trust for the harshest conditions.
Outdoorline has been an authorized HMG retailer in Europe since 2013 - one of the first shops on the continent to carry the brand. We serve European customers from our warehouse in Košice, Slovakia, stocking the full HMG lineup: the iconic Southwest and Windrider packs (40L, 55L, 70L), the Prism 40 ice-climbing pack, the UltaMid pyramid shelters, and the Pods and DCF accessories that go with them - all shipping fast from our EU warehouse with no customs fees, no import taxes, and no surprises.
