Return policy
How long do I have to withdraw?
You have 30 days from receiving the goods. For multi-item
orders, the period starts the day you received the last
item in your order.
Who pays for return shipping?
As a consumer, you cover the cost of return shipping. We
offer a discounted DPD return — the link arrives in your
confirmation email immediately after submitting the form.
Cost is 12–16 € depending on weight and destination,
deducted from your refund. No upfront payment.
When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the
returned goods at our warehouse — typically much faster.
Refunds go back to the same payment method you used.
Can I return only part of my order?
Yes. In step 2 of the form, you'll select which specific
items you want to return. The refund will be calculated
based on the items you've selected.
