We ship orders worldwide from our warehouse in Košice, Slovakia. Most orders are dispatched the same day they are received.

Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is rejected or refused by the customer, a penalty fee will apply to cover return shipping and handling costs:
- EU countries: Penalty fee of €20-30 (depending on country and courier) plus the original shipping cost will not be refunded
- Non-EU countries: Penalty fee of €40-100 (depending on country and courier) plus the original shipping cost will not be refunded
The penalty fee covers the cost charged by the courier service for returning the refused package back to our warehouse.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Business Days
All delivery times refer to business days (Monday-Friday), excluding public holidays in the destination country.
