Introducing the ultralight Arc Haul Ultra 60L backpack, designed for long journeys between resupplies with ample space and durability. Made from Ultra 100X fabric — a woven Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) laminated to a waterproof backing — this pack boasts extreme abrasion and tear resistance. Weighing just 615 grams, it's a true workhorse suitable for adventures from the Sierras to the Shenandoah, offering enough space for 5-6 days of food and ultralight gear.

The Arc Haul Ultra features a custom Curved Carbon Fiber frame system that creates a gap between your back and the pack, allowing airflow to keep you cool while hiking. This ventilated, trampoline-style frame keeps the pack stiff, transferring most of the weight to your hips. The belt is directly attached to the bottom of the frame for optimal load transfer, and both the belt and shoulder straps are adjustable and interchangeable. The shoulder straps can move up or down using a patented torso adjustment mechanism, ensuring a perfect fit.

Comfort is key with padded, contoured shoulder straps and a belt featuring 3D mesh for added cushion and grip. Both have daisy chains for attaching items, and an adjustable sternum strap is included. The pack offers practical storage solutions: side pockets sized for water bottles or bladders, a large stretchy mesh center pocket for quick-access items and drying wet clothes, and side compression straps made from non-stretchy Dyneema® cord. A roll-top closure keeps water out and allows you to adjust the pack's volume as your gear load changes, and top and base straps let you lash extra items externally. The Arc Haul Ultra accommodates standard bear canisters and fits into airplane overhead bins (short and medium frames).

MATERIAL

- Ultra 100X Fabric: Weighs 112 g/m², waterproof with a >20,000 mm H₂O rating, and offers tear strength of 31.5 kg (warp) and 40.7 kg (fill). It’s highly durable and abrasion-resistant, with an "X" grid for added strength.

- Mesh: Weighs 119 g/m², used for backpack center pockets, durable against abrasion and tearing, with 4 mm hole size for breathability. 

- Lycra® Mesh: Weighs 170 g/m², 4-way stretch, used for back panels, providing flexibility and tear resistance.

- 3D Spacer Mesh: Weighs 180 g/m², 2.5 mm thick, used for shoulder straps and belts, allowing airflow, cushioning, and grip.
