This amazing little filter weighs only 65 g an is fitting in the palm of your hand. The best ratio of weight, dimensions and performance. Drink directly as a straw, attach to Sawyer Squeeze Pouches or Evernew water carry use inline, or attach to standard threaded bottles. The MINI uses the same exclusive 0.1 μm hollow fiber membrane filter used in Sawyer other filters. Although not quite as quick as the SP129 version, you will still be bowled over by the flowrate of this amazing little filter. The manufacturer guarantees a lifetime warranty.

Simply fill up the pouch at a lake, stream or river, screw the filter directly onto the pouch and

“If you look after the Mini, which essentially means back flushing when in the field regularly and not letting it freeze then there is no reason why it shouldn’t last your entire life.

That’s some claim but look at the figures. Sawyer claim the it will last for 100,000 gallons / 378540 litres. If you are lucky enough to find yourself hiking every day for the rest of your life and treating 5 litres of water every day, which is about average for me, then the Mini will last for 208 years.”
