Pa’lante Mini Joey

Pa’lante Mini Joey - is a compact, versatile backpack designed for fast and light travel. Perfect for activities such as running, day hiking, fishing, and ridge traverses, it offers excellent functionality for a variety of outdoor pursuits.

With a main compartment capacity of 12 liters, expandable to a total of 18 liters when including the outer pockets, the Mini Joey is built like a running vest. It features top vest pockets for water bottles and oversized lower vest pockets for food storage, with closures that cinch down to minimize bounce and keep the load secure. The front mesh pocket, complete with an under pocket for easy access to outer pack items, and a bottom stuff pocket for stashing layers like wind jackets and gloves, enhance its practicality.

The backpack is crafted from waterproof 100D Ultraweave or black Robic and durable UHMWPE Grid Mesh, providing excellent resistance to mechanical wear and high tear strength while being quieter, softer, and more flexible than DCF. The hybrid closure system combines a drawstring and roll-top, allowing for quick and easy access to the main compartment.

Inside the pack, there is a zippered sleeve with a removable foam pad, as well as a bladder toggle with a cutout, making it compatible with hydration bladders that can be hung inside or outside the sleeve. Adjustable shock cord sternum straps and 2,5 cm wide webbing ensure a stable and comfortable fit, keeping the pack close to the body during movement.

The Mini Joey includes additional features such as a simple strap over the top for securing equipment and compression, an option to attach an ice axe, and a removable EVA foam back panel. Pa'lante's choice of an aluminum G-hook instead of a plastic buckle underscores their commitment to quality and durability.
