DESCRIPTION
NEMO Tensor™ Extreme Conditions - is the warmest, most insulating ultralight air pad on the market built to perform in freezing environments. Ideal for high-altitude mountaineering or cold weather expeditions, this 9cm thick mat features Thermal Mirror insulation, enabling it to handle temperatures as low as -20°C or below, with an impressive R-value of 8.5.
Available in multiple size configuration this elite backcountry pad has the highest warmth-to-weight ratio on the market and is just as supportive and quiet as the rest of Nemo Tensor pads. Despite its minimalist weight, Tensor Extreme maintains a premium look and feel with bluesign® approved recycled nylons used on the top and bottom. A heavier-duty fabric on the bottom helps protect the pad from abrasion and wear.
For an unparalleled warmth to weight ratio, Tensor Extreme is built with an all-new baffle system: Apex™. The Apex™ design integrates four layers of insulating Thermal Mirror™ film within the pad, strategically placed to maximize warmth while keeping the weight round half kg. Each layer of Thermal Mirror reflects back body heat and helps block radiant heat loss to keep you warm throughout the night. This makes it a reliable choice for winter adventures without adding extra bulk. Equally impressive, the floating construction eliminates crinkling noises, ensuring peaceful nights for you and your campmates. With its warmth, quiet performance, and 3.5 inches of supportive cushioning, the Tensor redefines comfort in the backcountry.
Tensor Extreme is equipped with an improved Laylow™ valve design that's easier to use and performs better in all conditions, especially cold ones.
Included with Tensor Extreme is Vortex™ - an efficient pump sack that minimizes moisture entering the pad and enables rapid easy inflation, saving your lungs after a long day on the trail.
