Igneous Skinshield Patch
That first warm spot on your heel is the warning sign. The Igneous Skinshield Patch stops friction before it turns into a blister, and a full pack of 20 weighs just 17 g.
Soft rayon fabric with a reliable zinc oxide adhesive stays comfortably in place mile after mile. The rounded 50 × 70 mm shape covers the whole back of the heel and can be trimmed for smaller hotspots.

How to use
