Enlightened Equipment Revelation APEX Quilt 20°F / -6°C - is original and best selling Revelation quilt that uses CLIMASHIELD APEX synthetic insulation, instead of down. This version of the Revelation is better suited than the down variety to handle damp and humid conditions.  It's one of favorite sleeping bags/quilts for lightweight backpacking adventurers and long distance hikers.

On warm nights, when completely un-cinched it can lay open as a blanket, allowing you the ability to kick out a leg or reposition or your arms. In colder temperatures, when you want to increase warmth you can zip up the ¼ length zipper and use the drawcords to cinch close the footbox. It'll create a fully enclosed footbox, similar to a sleeping bag. This keeps out drafts, and ensures that your feet stay toasty warm! This design allows you to dial in a comfortable night’s sleep in a wide range of different temperatures and climates.    

The Revelation is the most versatile quilt available and is perfect for hikers, canoeists, kayakers, climbers, and cyclists who need minimal weight and maximum adaptability.

The temperature ratings for quilts given by Enlightened Equipment are limit temperatures that correspond to the EN / ISO standards. The comfort temperature is approximately 5°C / 10°F above the limit temperature.
