Measuring your hipbelt size
Men: use the waist of your pants and add 5 cm. For example, if the waist of your pants is 88 cm, add 5 cm to get 93 cm, which is a Medium. If you are on the edge of a size, go up – so you would wear a Large belt.
Women: for most women, measure the smallest part of your waist, add 12 cm and go to the chart. For example, if your waist is 65 cm, add 12 cm to get 77 cm, so you would be a Small belt. If you are straighter through the hips, add 7 cm instead of 12 cm.
Between sizes: if you are on the outer edge of a size, order the larger size. For example, at 96 cm you will notice that 96 cm is the last number of the Medium hipbelt and the first number of the Large hipbelt – you would want to order a Large.
