Regular or Wide?
The shoulder width in the chart is the width of the quilt spread out flat. Drawn in around you for cold weather, the regular width fits like a mummy bag with a 160 cm (63") shoulder circumference, the wide width like one with 170 cm (67").
Quick guide – measure your shoulder circumference:

Which length?
Sizes refer to the maximum height of the user. You can use the 183 cm (6') quilt up to about 184 cm (6'½"); any taller and it may feel a bit short. The same rule applies to the 167.5 cm (5'6") size – if you are more than about 1.3 cm (½") taller, size up.
Stomach sleepers: lying on your stomach with your toes pointed away from you effectively makes you taller – like standing on tiptoes while lying down. If you are close to a size break and spend a lot of the night on your stomach, consider the longer size.
How is the width measured?
A fluffy, down-filled quilt is hard to measure consistently, so the widths are measured on the flat fabric panels that are sewn together. Because the quilt is shaped to drape around your body, think of it as a circumference: pull the sections taut and add the measurements together. Quilts are also designed with a gap between the edges, so the "circle" is never complete – that is why the chart also gives the comparable mummy bag size. Shoulder width is measured at the widest part of the quilt, not at the collar.
