The Zpacks Bagger Ultra 25L Backpack - is the ultimate compact companion for minimalist adventures, everyday travel, and everything in between. Designed to transition seamlessly from airport terminals to alpine trails, the Bagger offers impressive versatility in an ultralight, streamlined package.
It is sized to fit under airplane seats and can even count as your personal item on budget airlines. With a capacity of 25 liters, it offers just enough space for a Summer Quilt, tent, and essentials—making it perfect for fast-and-light adventurers.
Crafted from ultra-durable, waterproof Ultra 100X fabric, this pack resists abrasion, tearing, and harsh weather, all without the use of DWR or PFAS chemicals. Every seam is taped, and the entire construction uses hydrophobic thread for enhanced water resistance. For optimal protection of sensitive gear, we still recommend pairing it with a dry bag or pack liner in prolonged wet conditions.
Access your gear easily through a wrap-around waterproof zipper, while the external zip pockets keep essentials like keys, phone, or snacks within quick reach. Thoughtful features include dual side bottle pockets, a top stash pocket, and an external sleeve for the included closed-cell foam sit pad, which doubles as back padding and a camp seat.
The modular design lets you customize your fit and function with interchangeable shoulder straps—including Standard S Straps, Small/Women’s Straps, or the upgraded Vest-Style Straps. A removable 1" webbing hip belt adds optional stability - sold separately.
At just a few ounces and compressible to fit inside a 1-gallon Ziploc, the Bagger Ultra 25L is as easy to pack as it is to carry—whether you're commuting across town or chasing summits.

Ultra 100X is composed of a woven 100 denier Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) face fabric laminated to a waterproof lining. Our 2nd generation fabric has a 50% thicker, more durable .75 mil laminate with an internal "X" grid for bias strength. The fabric is fully waterproof and has extremely high tear and abrasion resistance. Zpacks Repair Tape and Adhesive products stick extremely well to the interior of this fabric.
